Issue Description:
Cito comp did not want to do a proper UAT. Now defects being discovered and not being tracked. |
Issue Resolution:
08/05: Due to lack of full UAT and use of the application, some defects and issues are occuring at a slow pace, and may sometimes fall tCitoough the cracks. Team not following a process to track issues and defect. |
